Received damaged fireplace and they would not return it for a non-defective one! Entire undercarriage was bent and they tried to blame it on my plumber. My general contractor saw it when it was delivered as well and attested that the damage was there when delivered and the photos we took back that up. Even All in One's photos show the damage that existed prior to delivery. They sent someone out with a sledgehammer to "fix" the issue when I wasn't around...but I walked in to see him whacking away at the new fireplace. Horrible product and didn't stand behind it. The first fireplace they tried to deliver was damaged during shipment and they couldn't install it. Clearly the second one was damaged during delivery as well and they tried to slip it in under the radar. The fireplace held up our construction project and then they wouldn't return it because they said they don't take returns on fireplaces. Unbelievable!
