This will be my one and only response to those that engaged in slander and deceit under the cloak of anonymity. As a professional in the field of autism for almost 35 years I have had the privilege and honor to work with highly skilled and clinically talented staff. During that time I’ve also had the pleasure of working with hundreds of families, children and adults affected by autism. One of the benefits of such a lengthy career is a verifiable track record. From state officials, Public School Superintendents, Special Education Administrators, Principals, Teachers to Advocates, parents and their children, my record is truly an open book. If the lies perpetrated by these online ghosts were accurate, Behavioral Concepts, Inc., (BCI) would not have experienced the systematic and continued growth since we started operations in 2003. The fraternity of public school Superintendents and Special Education Administrators is close knit and if the insulting and infuriating allegations were true, me and my company would have been summarily blackballed by all public schools. Unfortunately for the hate mongerers, the truth gets in the way of their sordid tales. Both myself and BCI continue to support students and their families through many local public school districts and private health insurance.

I am a mother of 3 boys, all whom have been diagnosed with Autism, ages 6,4, and 2, and BCI is an AMAZING company. From Dr Jeff Robinson right on through the BCBAs, clinical corrdinators, ABA therapists, to the administrative staff, this a company full of compassionate, enthusiastic, knowledgable, caring, understanding, envolved, professionals. I was first introduced to BCI through the Worcester Public Schools at my son's IEP and the entire team was thrilled to offer their services to our family. Our lives have never been the same. These incredibly patient and creative professionials taught my non-verbal, non-communicative son to relate and communicate with us. What an amazing and priceless gift! They took the time to find what method best matched my son's abilities and strength. Starting with simple signs, my son is now speaking, verbally, in sentences. Through their dilligence and support my childern are attending inclusion grade level public school. The gifts and knowledge that BCI has provided, not just to our immediate family, but the support they have shown to our extended family have gone so above and beyond anything we could have imagined. I will and have reccommended BCI to EVERY family and friend that I've met on my journey. BCI has helped me realize that my children's diagnoses does not limit their potential, and has taught me not to let it limit my hopes and dreams for them. What more could a mother ask for? I have worked for Behavioral Concepts, Inc. for almost 9 years and in my time with them I have never seen anything unethical about any aspect of the company. BCI is a wonderful organization that truly cares about the families it is involved with and all BCBA's adhere to strict ethical guidelines. Hello! I am a mother of a child diagnosed with autism, I have had services with BCI through my son's school for almost 4 years now. I have worked with two of the coordinators there and several of the staff. They have been wonderful and such a blessing we would be lost without them!

I am a current employee of Behavioral Concepts Inc. I have been employed here for over 5 years and LOVE my job. We have exceptional BCBA's, clinical coordinators, ABA therapists and the most amazing families! We are currently providing services to more than 100 student's through the Worcester Public Schools, as well as a few other school districts. More recently, we have started contracting with Insurance companies to provide services that best meet the needs of student's and their families that work best for you and your family. Oh my goodness I am shocked to hear this! I have been with BCI for years and I have never had any issues!! Dr. Robinson accompanies me to IEP meetings and is in constant communication with me regarding my child and his programming needs. Wow, I can't believe I just saw this!! I am a family who also left Behavioral Concepts Inc. Dr. Robinson is a liar and told me things to my face that were completely untrue. I had the same problems you did Nancy. They said they could staff my case but never did, they took over 5 months to put a therapist on my case, then the therapist came off the case and I waited another 6 months before I finally left for another company. I actually think I know you Nancy and I believe we ended up in the same place. Its a much more reputable organization with offices throughout MA and even in states outside of MA. They have a REAL social program, and a REAL community program, unlike what BCI claims they have. Thank goodness this message is out here to warn parents about this company. I also heard they were kicked out of the school districts and its only a matter of time before the company shuts its doors. Please everyone, stay away from this company. Thank you Grace and Nancy for sharing this information about Behavioral Concepts Inc (http://www.bciaba.org). I actually called BCI and left them a message about my 7 year old son needing ABA services. They said they would call me back and never did. When they finally called after I left two or three more messages, they said they had someone who could take the case. I asked if they were sure because I had heard about their reputation being not so great, and told them that I didn't know any other companies so I needed them to be honest with me. They put me in touch directly with Dr. Robinson and he assured me that it would take no longer than a week to get my services started. Of course it took 6 and a half months of me calling and emailing without responses before I received a therapist. The therapist had no training at all, and my son actually regressed during the services. After I watched my son lose skills I had taught him myself right in front of my eyes during session, I finally looked for another company and was surprised to see a highly recommended organization with incredible BCBAs and actual qualifications for their behavior therapists. My son is now talking for the first time, and after only 3 months with this company. Please believe what these woman are saying and do NOT trust this company. There is something very shady about it and I believe its time to report them to the Better Business Bureau. I believe I will do it myself. Thank for listening.

Dr. Robinson has erased the negative comments which I and three other clients who I became friends with at BCI posted on this site and replaced them with his own comments and the comments of his employees and two families which he miraculously helped. I say miraculously because after what I experienced there along with several other families, I figured Behavioral Concepts Inc. was shutting down and they weren't calling people back or providing services there anymore. Its a shame he erased all the negative statements due to not wanting the public to know about his shady practices and lies. He claims the posts were slander, well its not slander if its true. Ask him to his face whether or not he lost all his school contracts and is simply completing his current contracts. Let's see if he lies to your face. Ill have to post on a page he cant manipulate.

I am the mother of a 10 year old child who has Severe Autism. BCI entered our lives almost a year ago, and we have been nothing short of amazed at the dedication and expertise our son's therapists have had. My son is as behaviorally involved as one can get, yet at no time have I ever gotten the sense that our in-home therapists were in over their heads. They have been competent, compassionate, and consistent. My son has made huge gains in the last year-in fact he has made more progress in this last year than he had in the 8 years prior. I directly attribute that to Jeff Robinson, and his AMAZING staff. Thank you BCI for all that you have done for my family!!!
