Worst customer service experience and VERY unprofessional communication. I have been communicating with them to cancel my membership since November 2022 and it is now Jan 2023 and they are still charging my card for this membership that they said when signing up that they will only need 30 days notice for cancellation. There's the caveat of needing to show up in person and sign cancellation paperwork REGARDLESS if you are out of state let alone out of country and CANNOT be there in person
