Do not hire this man as your legal counsel. You would do better doing a Google search and finding out the information you need than to work with him. He has knowingly given out false advice and has no accountability for his actions. He is incompetent, willfully ignorant, and a poor example of someone who is representing the law. Any students, in particular, that comes across his information as a possible attorney look in a different direction. I would not even recommend him to my worst enemy.
