Municipal software for managing Permits, Inspections, Complaints, Code violations and ticketing for Parking, Compliance and LO violations. MSI designed software for Building, Land-use and Police Departments. On the PD side, the modules are used to issue and track parking and local ordinance violations. The software can be utilized to merely issue and track tickets or configured to process these violations under administrative adjudication (local hearings). All hearing documents can be generated from the software and a live docket is available for check-in. For Building and Land-use departments, MSI offers a complete Property Management solution for issuing and tracking Contractor licenses, issuing Permits, entering Complaints, scheduling Inspections, recording Inspection results in the field and generating Work Orders for correcting code violations. MSI software modules support using mobile devices in the field.
