Do not take your car here!! When I brought my car to Keaau Service Station the front office staff said they would call with an estimate of the amount of repairs before they do any work. This wasn't true, they did all the work before calling and held my car hostage until I paid for the parts & labor I didn't even authorize. When I complained that no estimate was provided the mechanic AL called and told me to "never come back here again" then hung up on me! When I informed the front office staff they called the owner, but nothing was done to satisfy us -- the customer. Not even an apology from AL. The owner stands by and supports this rude and unprofessional behavior by his employee. You should also avoid the 7-11 and gas station here, it's the same owner for all 3 businesses.
