Please email before u move here. We have raw sewage comming threw a man hole cover in our yard. The home wasnt done on promised move in date. They never replaced the damaged fire place or replaced the 4ft byb 6ft hole in our bedroom wall behind the fire place. the storm door opened the wrong way. the dryer socket was wired illegally. the extra room light switch didnt work. couldnt use the bathrooms the first night because it over flowed into the showers. Never got a glass shower door in master bath. Furnance didnt work right at move in, stove wasnt hooked up. most interrior doors didnt close. door latches installed backwards. They parked a 40ft dumpster in your front yard...........Please dont think if u have bad credit you have to live in a place like this for 900.00 a month
