They demolished a brand new floor board of my house without considering replacement. Gary was completely rude. They told me Tim was on vacation in Jamaica for a week and that I can't get ahold of any sort of management regarding my issue! Poor business Tim! F- for customer service and service altogether. I think a call to the BBB is in order!
