Mr Long gave me an estimate. I wanted him to do the work. On the day he was to arrive, he called and told me he had truck problems. We set it up again for the following week. He did no show up or call. I caled his cell and home several times and still no reply. I went to his house and was told he was out giving estimates. I told his wife to have him callw me because he was suppose to have done my work weeks before. He never called and I haven't heard from him yet. If you want someone reliable and someone you can trust, don't call Floyd.
