I ordered a chicken sandwich the night before to have it ready for pickup at 11:45-this was for my son's school lunch. When I arrived at the time of pickup, I was notified that a ticket was never sent-it would be 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, I finally got the sandwich. The front counter girl must've mumbled something to the cook, who I could see directly and hear him. He's said repeatedly, while glancing at my direction, "He'll be ok. He'll be ok. He'll be ok." I will be ok, but 20 minutes late-my son went without a lunch at school today. This was at store #2003. Terrible service.

ordered on 04/27/2020. 2 hours later, never received it. called to get a refund, 10 days later, still NO REFUND. Crazy. Called the store over 10 times, once a day. Called customer service 800 line. Called the marketing director and left a voicemail. Just want my money back at the very least since there was no product delivered. Not even a call to tell me that my food wasn't getting delivered. I'm out of options. I had to file a dispute charge on my credit card, how embarrassing. Unreal experience. Kid was waiting for her food. Absolutely disgusting how this experience has gone so far.

We ordered over $65 dollars worth of chicken, fries, Cole slaw & veggie sticks. What a disappointment! The lemon pepper boneless wings were so powerful and salty that they were impossible to eat. The fries might have been good had they been hot and not fried long before we even placed our order. The carrot and celery sticks were rubber tasting and warm. I’ve contacted their customer service 2 times and was promised a return call. Nope! Never heard a word from WingStop! I doubt we’ll return anytime soon. Shame on you WingStop!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NEGATIVE STARS. I planned this evening a head of time driving from San Leandro to Concord, drive to wingstop pick  up my order and go straight to Westwind Drive Inn Movies. So loaded up my car blanket, chairs, portable speaker and placed my online order at this sorry wingstop. Janette called me while we're about to drive off said "I you want your wings cooked you need to pay by credit card or we won't have your food ready for pick up, if you want to pay cash come down here pay for it and we'll drop your wings." I went off I'm driving 45 minutes from San Leandro to concord that was whole reason ordering online to have food ready go straight to the movies. I told her to have the manager call me call your manger tell her to call me, she had another girl call me not a manager, I explained to I feel as if because my name is not Becky or Ashley they want me to pay by credit they refused to make the order told to bad if your on a timeline when you get here with the cash then we'll cook your food. I was and am pissed ruined our whole trip no where online does it say I have to pay by credit card, and its not that i dont have a credit card i withdrew cash for the trip up there. Ridiculous who would want to go have there food made by these idiots after all that. We ended changing our plans just because that ruin with people who want to argue with paying customer. I ORDER FOR PICKUP Order ready at 7:55

what the hell is wrong with wingstop!? the freaken manager forgot to put my dipping sauce in my to go order and i cant get it unless i pay for one because is a new policy!!! what!!! and her freaken attitude is off the chart. im done and i'm going to tell everyone i know in denver wingstop has lost it. 20th and park wingstop sucks!!!

I'm with you brother wingstop sucks. Corporate needs to crack down on their idiot franchisees. After 4 similar episodes at the Corsicana Tx, including being double charged on their internet screw ups. Last week, I waited 35 mins patiently until the second person who came in 15 mins after me was served. When I asked the dingbat behind the counter "What the f*** is up with my order?" Yes I said f***. Big deal. She said she was going to call the police on me. I left immediately and got my wife to get our money back. We wasted 2 hours of our time with these morons. I'm done. If you read this corporate. F*** you.
