Strategic Capital Partners is a multi functional investment company, currently developing a one million square foot Multi Family development site in Hudson County, NJ. We are also working with a private municipality on creating a Master Plan to develop a residential, retail, commerical mixed use site in the Metropolitan area. SCP develops mainly in the New Jersey/New York, [Metropolitan] area. We are also in discussions to work on another [potential project] in Seattle, Wa. early in 2012.
