Deserve 0 stars! Absolutely awful, they lie. Over $5000 later and they still have NOT correctly fixed the transmission in my husbands work van. Dropped it off and picked it up multiple times just a waste of time and money.

The worst most rude customer service I have ever received. Not only that but they took almost $2,000 dollars to fix my transmission and I did not know if I was even gonna make it home!!! I came back the same day and they treated me terribly. I still have yet to get any refund and I ended up having to tow my car to another shop all the way toward Fayetteville. Pay for the towing plus another transmission! I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS BUSINESS!

Sanford Transmissions made my day! Had been having slipping issues for a while and when my little honda was undriveable, they offered me free towing from Apex! Their staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable, which was helpful for me - a woman who knows NOTHING about cars! Their prices are affordable and they do great work! Highly recommended! The fact that they will tow your car from anywhere from Fayetteville to Apex for FREE is amazing!
