On July 9, I experienced a medical emergency while staying at Harrah"s casino. My husband contacted the security staff, who in turn called the ambulance. Within ten minutes, two EMS staff showed up in my hotel room to evaluate my condition. Nick and Katie from Exceptional Medical Transportation attended to me in a calm, knowledgeable manner. They were very professional and made good recommendations for when I returned home. I am grateful to them and can understand the "exceptional" fits for these two staff persons! Thank you, June Smith
