Do not go here. Nothing but rude, abrasive, and unresponsive to prior commitments. You never talk to the same agent consistently. They have done my families taxes and this year I thought I'd them as a client myself, my name being in their system before could not locate my file, could not get simple answers, was told they'd get a hold of me in March in January. Also mixed up papers of my parents and mine together! Worst customer service. Staff I spoke to acted like she was inconvenienced, would not give out her supervisors work contact info. Told me I don't need your life story when I was explaining my previous phone calls. The lady sounded elderly so some of her behavior I excused, but very very I pleasant people! Not a place that is willing to educate and let customers know what is going on with their own money!
