Months ago I had bought my fiance her engagement ring, and I eagerly waited to propose. When I gave it to her, she was elated and loved the ring. We made the mistake of taking to Jewelry by Marcus on 46 by the Willowbrook mall and should have seen the warning signs right away and turned around. When they sized her, the man behind the counter basically was yelling at her to relax her fingers (I'm not even sure how one goes about relaxing their fingers). He was confrontational and did not have the faintest hint of manners or communication skills. We were told it would be done in an hour (the size adjustment). A week later I picked it up when it was finally done to discover the diamonds are horribly crooked and loose, the band is scratched up and uneven. It looks absolutely horrendous. Don't make the same mistake, avoid these crooks.

We ordered our wedding bands from here and it was delivered to s on time. It was a great experience dealing with them and the sales people were very polite and helpful. Thanks guys!!

I had my mother's necklace which broke and a few links got misplaced. At Marcus they did a wonderful job in repairing and adding the similar type of links. They then cleaned and polished it and gave it a brand new look.

They have a very good collection of Diamonds and I got a really pretty diamond here fitted on a ring, for my wife on our anniversary. She loved it!!
