Rented a house from them in ellensburg this year, we paid a 300$ cleaning fee to have (professionals) come clean before moving in on top of a 1500$ damage deposit that she kept for things damaged before we moved in.when we moved in the house it was a complete mess, carpet stains, garage looked like it had just been partied in, there was no professional cleaner.The land lord would show up without giving us a 24 hour notice that is stated in the lease, she promised to fix things such as the roof with a leak, insulation in the roof, single pain windows that leaked water, leaking shower door, and electrical problems with the light switches. The only thing she did reguarding these promises was have an estimate done on the roof and a tarp to try to prevent the leakage. So at the end of the year catherine evicted us because she showed up randomly one day and thought our house was way too messy. Instead of telling us she evicted us, she waited for the notices to arrive in the mail. I just found out today that we have been evicted as the paper work just got mailed to my house, and upon talking to her, we all have 3 days to move everything out of the house. She also said that she gave us a 10 day notice, which is nowhere to be found. upon living in the house for the year, roomates from the last three years would show up and tell us stories about how the landlord cheated them out of money and never completed problems she promised. We should have listened to them, so please listen to us.
