Jim Devlin has represented me 2012-2013 on several related issues. He is worth his weight in Gold, as far as I am concerned. And his Rates are extremely affordable. Jim took to task a huge company, that I would have spent thousands of dollars or maybe would have given up on completely. But his quick, diligent expertise and vast knowledge on the subject, allowed me to spend very little time or money and recoup everything in what seemed like a minute. I was very surprised, as I was sure I was in for a long battle, one I may not have been able to afford. Jim told me right from the beginning how he would proceed, what he thought was owed to me and kept me abreast of every single thing. Every week over the course of 5-6 months I received a written correspondence, and emails and phone calls during the week at times which I was not charged for. Jim Devlin charges his clients for the Actual Work he does on their case. The Man is not interested in nickle and dimming his clients for every email, phone call, copies ect... And he put it in writing. Mr, Devlin is really the epitome of what good legal counsel should be, he has actually saved me $$$ when he could have made money. Actually, this note really doesn't do James P Devlin the Justice he deserves, but it will have to do for now. I was so pleased with Mr.Devlin's service I have let go of other communication and am going forward with Mr.Devlin on another matter. Mr. Devlin is affordable, diligent on your behalf, and most of all, you can Trust that he will handle your business as if it were his own.
