BEWARE~ no one follows condominium laws EXCEPTfor people renting an apartment there. Cigarette smoke, pot smoke WILL COME INTO YOUR APARTMENT FROM OTHER UNITS. AND THERE IS A BLIND AND PROBABLY DEAF TENANT WHO LIVES THERE ALONE. Smokes non-stop, sometimes lights up in the hallway. THE PLACE IS FILTHY. Hallways stink. Carpet is only vacuumed in spots,dust everywhere. DONT DO IT. We finally moved out of there. oh and there are kids constantly smoking pot in the fropnt of the building. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE, not worth it. There is a super..who takes your packages and doesnt tell you.......i ordered a blanket for our daughter...it NEVER came to my apt but it said online it was delivered. Terrible building dont do it.
