Do not rent from Shar. She is unprofessional, she yells and cusses, and neglects building maintenance needs that affect health and safety. She creates illegal fees and will bully you out of your deposit and try to keep you in her decaying rentals.

I would give negative starts if I could. Char and Martin Buser are slum lords. Char is verbally abusive, she exploits and takes financial advantage over addicts, individuals experiencing mental illnesses, disadvantaged single parents, anyone she can. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. She illegally charges for made up fees, such as being unmarried, she creates additonal made up charges and neglects the buildings and all their harmful issues. DO NOT RENT FROM!

Awful landlord. Major scam artist, and will do whatever she can to fully blame you for the terrible condition of her houses. We moved in with a massive infestation of carpenter ants (which Shar knew about) and 6 gas leaks inside the house, which we quickly found out about from Enstar, when they refused to turn our gas on because of the safety risk. Save yourself the trouble, this psychotic lady is out to scam people out of whatever she can, and be incredibly rude while doing it.

Shar is the best manager in the valley! She has been our manager for over 6 years. She is always pleasant to work with, she repairs anything we call about and has been fair when we move from the houses. We have tried other property managers when Shar did not have a rental that fit our needs. We have always regretted it! We have came back to Alaska Diversified three times and will not be renting from anyone else until we purchase our home. She is an awesome manager. Thank you Shar for all that you do!

I am the owner of the properties below for Harker and the Sgt Shammy. You both did NOT leave the house in the condition per the landlord tenant laws and your lease. You both should tell people you did not honor your lease upon move out and the Sgt. Shammy, Joy, you could not even put your name! I would not either since you left the house in horrible condition with animals you were not authorized to have! I have personally seen both places upon move out and Shar did her job wonderfully. Maybe both of you should learn to honor your leases!!!! People like you make it hard for Owners like me to re-rent when you do not leave the places in good condition. Now you are mad because Shar charged you per the laws she does not create!!! You both have a serious lesson to learn here! I have had Shar as a manager for over ten years and she is incredible. She is courteous to both tenants and owners and she takes care of my properties unlike the other mangers I used. I am sorry you both chose to state lies about her due to her doing her job great! I would recommend her to everyone! She is awesome!

Unprofessional, rude, liar, threatening, and a bully. There was a mold issue in the house when I moved out, and when I told her I wanted to inform the new renters she told me I'd be considered trespassing if I went to the property. She did not return the deposit on time. She has threatened to sue me for slander because of my comments online.
