They are great, they found that my old computer was not worth fixing, it needed too much to fix it. They sold me a new HP Notebook computer system, and even moved all my files and setting over to my new computer and it was just like I never got a new system, but the only different was that the new system is a lot faster. But when it came to all my setting on my new computer I lost no info and the password where setup and I was ready to use it without redoing all my settings. So I say they are the company to go to and if you don’t you would be sorry that you did not go to them. And guess what I had my new system within 3 days. I will recommend them to others so they can have a great service and be happy that they did. Call them at (866)572-5362 they have great hours and it’s great that they work from their home because I was able to get my system after hours, and I do have questions sometime and they help me ASAP and that what you call customer service.
