Do NOT trust these people. They are compulsive liars. They told me they would leave my mail out for me. I drove 2 hours each way, not to mention wasting gas and they never even left the mail out after they promised they would. They also said they wouldn't raise the rent, guess what, they LIED and did it anyway. Mailed in my renewal rent and when I went to the store, they denied receiving the check in the mail even after I showed them a copy of the cancelled check. Then and only then did they FINALLY give me credit, very poor business practices. The man is lazy, doesn't care about his customers and is a liar. He also told me he would give me a partial refund on the phone if I kept the box 6 months before closing it, and when I asked him for my refund (I only kept it 2 months out of the whole year) he said, "I don't know what you are talking about. I never said that". Doesn't know anything about running a business and I guarantee they will be out of business in a year or two. Too many people you can get mail from who are honest, reliable and don't LIE when you confront them. EVERYONE is complaining about them. They can't even pass the notary background check because they ALL have criminal backgrounds. Don't use them!
