Husband and wife team John and Robin Cooley started Frame Design Custom Framing in Hopkins in 1985, near the corner of Mainstreet and Tenth Avenue. In June of 2010, Frame Design moved 1 1/2 blocks east of the old location, to 811 Mainstreet, Suite C. This is on the north side of Mainstreet, behind the Sharpening Center.
