WELL THE FOOD IS GOOD, BUT THE OWNER LUPITA IS VERY RUDE, RUDE, RUDE, DID I MENTION RUDE?? AND SHE IS SO SELFISH WHEN IT COMES TO THE CHIPS AND SALSA. HELLO!!! I THOUGHT THAT WHEN ONE GOES TO A MEXICAN RESTAURANT, THERE IS NO LIMIT ON CHIPS AND SALSA!!!! IN MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS RUDE OWNER LUPE, I PURCHASED A BURRITO AND WHEN I ASKED FOR BOTH TYPES OF SALSA (ONE BEING PICO DE GALLO AND THE OTHER ONE HOT), SHE LOOKED AT ME LIKE WITH THE ULGLIEST AND MEANEST FACE, AND SHE TOLD ME ITS ONE OR THE OTHER AND IF I WANTED BOTH, I WOULD HAVE TO PAY 50 CENTS EXTRA. WHAT IS UP WITH THAT. AND DONT EVEN ASK FOR EXTRA CHIPS, BECAUSE THERE GOES THAT MEAN LOOK AGAIN. IT WAS SO AWFUL, I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!! SHE SCARED ME!! I FEEL THAT A OWNER OF A RESTAURANT NEEDS TO HAVE MORE HOSPITALITY

All the extras cost a restaurant owner money. Granted there are nice ways to inform customers but customers that come in filling up on chips and salsa drinking water asking for to go refills and ordering only side order items are the customers that kill the restaurant business. Owners are forced to make rules to keep customers from eating up the profits....literally.
