It's actually a crime to give this man one star. He has been my father's pond guy for 2 years. Last summer he was unreliable, and extremely late in the year with getting the pond going. Not only that, but charged my folks for two water pumps that didn't work. The third one they purchased finally did. As a "professional" it shouldn't have taken three tries to begin with, in my opinion. All summer long, he used chemicals that made his pond so cloudy he couldn't see the fish that he had purchased. This year, he has not only been unreliable, but hasn't shown up at all to get the pond going for the summer. My father requested different kinds of chemicals.This man, Tom, called my father, after weeks and weeks of the run-around and announced he wouldn't be working on his pond at all because he was offended that my father asked for different chemicals. My father then requested the pump back and fish, this man refused and lied about both subjects, completely robbing my father blind. He's scum.

we got a new saltwater tank from tom and his crew omg its so great we cant belive how it looks, these guys and tom are the best. 265 gal tank with a reef and all the fish THANKS TOM
