The same type thing happened to me! I don't feel I was ever listens to. I was in a car accident as well. I tried to support my community by hiring from the Bloom office, BIG MISTAKE! I live in Wilbraham. I was dumped from physical therapy because he wouldn't call them and tell them it was a car/insurance accident. I even went to my insurance company, got the paperwork, gave it to the physical therapy office. No enough, he didn't make the call so they dumped me. My insurance only covers 12 visits. I asked him to call and explain and he didn't. I haven't felt my heel in 16 months now, the case is closed because I was sick of doing all the work, I will never recommend this office! I thought I was supporting my community, BIG MISTAKE! I won't even get into the concussion and the fact that he didn't help me get the proper eye glasses that my eye doctor recommended. Again, he wouldn't make a simple phone call. They said they've never heard of him or from him. I feel the pain for the review above mine as well.

I STRONGLY urge everyone to not hire Francis W. Bloom! I had hired him to be my attorney for a car accident I was in, and after going to the hospital for x-rays I told the hospital only to deal with my attorney and he did not give the hospital the information they needed to bill my insurance. Now I have an unpaid bill and I am having to go back and forth between the hospital collection agencies and my insurance to get this bill paid for, this is something my attorney should have done before he finished my case and took his fee out of my settlement check. I will never hire attorney Bloom again and i will not recommend him to anyone; he does not do his job so do not hire him!
