I have never had poorer service from anyone! After meeting in December and picking out poses for band pictures I waited months. After I didn't get the pictures that you swore I did you recanted and said you didn't know which poses. So my daughter picked out the poses. When we got them you had not touched them all up which we paid for and you did not include any extra picture for taking 4 months for pictures as you promised. I called you about fixing this and you blew it off so I intend to share my experience with everyone.
