If there was zero stars its I would put it. RENTERS BEWARE!!! The rent it cheap with no contract but there's a catch. The house is really in bad shape and will not meet the city or ordinates. Even worse, when u leave they'll blame the damages on u and charge u over $2,000 worth of damages sending u pictures of the damages u never did. I got blames for stealing $600 worth of blind which the never was never installed and deposit means nothing to them. So if u dont care about all that then its all for u.
