Do not go here for baby helmets. Liked the idea that they use camera vs labor scanning, huge mistake. Go to a place that uses lasers or at a minimum has any kind of clue about baby helmets. Have twins and had bad experience with both babies always having cuts aka abrasions from helmets sliding too much or being too tight in spots. Feel devastated that could have done much better in terms of head shape and just not having them have all the skin irritation with another place. Also for one baby ended up having helmet completely remade after 6 weeks of saying I didn’t think helmet fit right from day one. Second helmet was cutting his ear and too much got shaved off so now second helmet is cutting his cheek from sliding too much and basically garbage again. Opposite of scientific in process, felt like I was guiding all appointments vs working with a professional. Do not go here for head shaping helmets!
