Absolutely awful! This company fabricates charges in order to pad their jobs. If that's not bad enough, you spend hours on hold trying to get someone on the phone. Consumer beware!!!!

Technician left my home yesterday and the AC was working, not very well but atleast it was cooling. After he left, my unit would not even turn on. I have to wait for Total Air Care to submit a form to AHS to get my repair done. That was over 24 hours ago. So we went from having an AC unit that could at least keep the home at 80 degrees to one not even working. Id give this a no star rating if I could but Google feels they atleast deserve one star. That has to be because Google has a differnt AC repair company or they would understand the need to rate this no star.
