My family and I went to Joe's Preowned Autos in Moundsville with all intentions of pay cash for a pickup today (10/19/2020). Although we were the only customers, no one bothered to assist us. We walked in believing the salespeople were waiting on others to learn they were all behind their desk relaxing and chatting back and forth to each other. They didn't even bother to get up or exchange pleasantries other than, "what can we do you for". I don't know the name of the man, but he was approximately 50 years old and dressed like an overaged hipster want a be. I told him what pickups I was interested, he handed me the keys, and told me to look for myself as he remained seated with his feet kicked up on the desk. It was raining. Maybe none of the salespeople wanted to get wet or melt. After looking, the salespeople presented as arrogant and as if they were doing me a favor by gracing my presence. I asked a couple questions about the vehicles and told, we don't know much about other than we buy typically from auto actions or lease companies and sell them. When I asked what the best price they could give me, I was greater with laughter and told, "the price is the price. We set the price and don't negotiate". I was also told I could go elsewhere . I then realized there is a difference between wanting a vehicle and needing one. These people aren't hungry enough to provide courtesy or at least treat others the way they would like to be treated. I did go elsewhere and buying a new truck as I'm writing this. I don't typically write reviews but made an exception after this horrible experience.
