Nov. 2012 After having trouble with my oil burner I called Jerry to check it out. Jerryarrived and was was promt as always.The oil burner restarted fine, not by pushing the reset button, but by tapping outside of a plastic box. Jerry insisted that I needed a new box. I told him that it didn't make any sence to me. It seemed to me more like an electrical problem outside the box. Perhaps a loose wire? Jerry became angry and stormed out of my basement. Stating that he knew what he was doing.This intermittant problem continued untill the next day when I indeed found a loose wire and reconected it. I haven't had any futher problems with the burner.
