Worst place I've EVER lived. The grounds are infested with cockroaches and fleas. I cannot keep these pests out of my home, no matter what I do. There are lights outside but, they don't work so its hard to take my dog for his walks at night. One of these nights, I could fall and hurt myself and then I'll have to sue to recover my loss. My driveway floods every time it rains. I have to wade to get to car. They have harassed me for a made up reason, I was threatened that if I did not move my trailer I would be evicted. I couldn't find the property line because it was NOT MARKED and their pal, Danny Newman of Housing and Community Development wouldn't return my calls/texts. They cost me over $800-$1,000 for something I didn't need to do. It was their responsibility all along. STORZ mgmt is underhanded and will take every chancethey can get to mess with the "little guy". STORZ raises lot rent EVERY CHANCE they get get but, does NOTHING to improve our environment. Slumlords
