I am not at all happy with this builder. After he sells you a home, all of a sudden he is not available. Especially if you need him to correct something. This company is owned by Brian Martinie. Go to the court house and check out all information you can obtain about hime. Look at his tax records for one and if they were paid timely or not. This could be a good indication. Also talke with homeowners. Go to the Sunset Ridge, Elbo Creek and Falling Leaf subdivisions in manhattan and ask, ask, ask. Numerous people have complaints about this builder. He will have websites removed that do not have favorable recommendations. The best advise is to really check him out. Get bids from other builders. Get every detail in writing. He will tell you he put in a certain water heater or air conditioner and did not. He will upcharge for the equipment as well. Ask for reciepts. Do not let him tell you that his men took 3 days to install a kitchen sink and that is why you are being billed so much. Other builders have competent workers who can put in a kitchen sink right the first time and in less than ONE day.. He will sell you a house with a cracked vanity and then take 6 months to replace it. He will not answer his phone. His secretary will make every excuse she can for him. Warning, do not go with this builder. You wil have problem after problem
