BEWARE!! .. Kevin Rosten is Dishonest!! ... Kevin told my neighbor he would not charge me for the diagnostics on my car ... I had an alternator problem which he verified in an hour, after the car sat there for days … At that time Kevin called to tell me it was the alternator, he maintained he was not charging me for the diagnostics ... I gave him the go ahead to replace the alternator, as I did not trust the former mechanic ... Kevin verified the former mechanic has a reputation and it was best not to deal with him ... Kevin Rosten Did charge me! ...
Via a phone call, Kevin told me he decided to charge me, as he looked at some other things regarding my car, which were written on a former paper from the last mechanic ... I never authorized him to do anything more than fix the alternator ... Kevin Rosten DID charge me, even after he repeatedly said he would not ...
If you go to the Better Business Bureau, you will see - On a scale of A+ to F, Kevin Rosten gets an "F" .. There have been other complaints, yet he does not respond to the Better Business Bureau .. He does not care about his customers or being an honest business man ...
