Ordered a convertible TT Audi for my husband's 60th birthday. I made it clear that was the only car I wanted. Arrived at the airport and they had delivered an Audi 5. Felt we had no choice but to take it. No financial compensation for the inconvenience. An hour out of town the oil sensor went off. The sensor also affected the accelerator as it hesitated entering traffic. Spent that day stressed on the causeway to Key West and 1/2 the next day at a mechanic and searching for the right oil. Ventura told me not to worry about it...that the car had been serviced that week. We delivered the car back a day early for fears something else would go wrong. We were not financially compensated for the inconvenience or trouble. They took the day we never had off our bill and absorbed the kilometers. If we had stayed in Key West for the extra day, the mileage would have been minimal. The experience ruined our trip and my husband's 60th birthday.
