*****My new work computer (Lenovo laptop) had died once already and had to be sent back to my company for repairs. I was without a computer for over 2 weeks. This week I was traveling in the SF area and it died again. I brought it here, thinking that maybe they could fix it and ship it back to me. Jeff looked at it and diagnosed the problem- the motherboard had shorted out due to static electricity. He worked on it for about a half hour, and came back with a grin on his face, and my sign-in page up on the screen!! Hooray for Jeff and the team at ClickAway. They have a very professional team, and I had a pleasant experience all around. Thanks for the help!

*****I've twice taken my computer to Click Away to have viruses and Ad Ware removed. The service has always been prompt, and as far as I can tell the technicians have done a good job. During my last visit Harry S. was especially helpful. He spent lots of time discussing the virus and Ad Ware problems with me, and also recommended an anti-virus software that (so far) appears to be far better than what was previously installed on my computer. I am happy with the service, and will continue to use ClickAway as my "go to" computer shop.

Five Stars ***** My poor laptop had a boo boo. I took it to a computer repair shop that was close to my work and they quoted me lots of $$$$ and they didn't know if they could fix it. I love my computer but I don't like wasting money. I continued my search and found ClickAway on Yelp. I don't know anything about computers but these guys do. I took it to the shop and they gave me an estimate that was 1/2 of what the other shop quoted me. ClickAway ordered the part and returned my computer to my lap in less than one week. The best part is that they were able to get the part at a better price and passed the savings on to me. I admire their honesty and professionalism. They could have pocketed that savings. The process was quick and easy. My laptop is as good as new. In the past I've been on the verge of tears when I've encountered a computer problem; now I have a friend in the IT business called Click Away. Highly recommend.

A for service, price, responsiveness!!! I purchased a new computer from them and they were able to retrieve my old hard drive and reload it onto my new computer. They were a local company. I felt that they were extremely trustworthy. They were very responsible and responsive. I would use them again and have already recommended them to others.
