I do not recommend this construction company. His employees do very bad work, and Steve himself does not supervise, or return to reinspect the work done. I had to go back and make repairs myself, to the work they performed. Steve Griggs, himself installed the door knob and dead bolt on the door, and when he was done, it all but fell apart. I was reinstalling the door knob while his men were cleaning up, to leave. Very poor workmanship.
