This is NOT a recommendation. Money was taken out of my account from a Hillary at Guaranty Exterminating for termite services that I did not authorize. My contract started in September 2010 with Evangeline Home Center paying for the first year of service. Contract ended September 2011 but my home was sprayed again in April 2011 for termites and I did not authorize this spray. I wanted pest control which costs $30 that I paid for. My husband received a phone call about the $80 renewal which he called me about. I wanted to know where did the charge come from. Why would I authorize my house to be sprayed again six months, 04/15/11 after it was originally sprayed? I called and spoke to a Holly who told me the office manager has the file under lock and key and that person would call me back on Monday, 12/12/11. I never received the phone call instead on 12/13/11 my account was charged $80 sending it into overdraft from this company. I called the next day and asked Holly what happened she apologized and told me she would give me a call back which she did. I then spoke to Hillary who said that she did not charge my card instead it was someone else's card pending for the same transaction. The next day I called and I faxed my bank statement to her and then she said she would put the money back on the card. She asked for my debit card number again and said the transaction would take days to post to my account. Now I have found out that she never put the money back on my card.
