My Mother, whom is 75 years old, had a "so called" maintenance contract with these people. On Friday night her air conditioner quit working. She called first thing Saturday morning and was told a technician would call her back. After 5 calls, someone finally called her back and said they would get a technician over. No word from them again all weekened. When asked why no one got back to her sooner, she was informed that they were "out in the field" and unavailable. Seemed to be the answer to all of our calls throughout this nightmare service call.
Technician showed up Monday afternoon, apparently they thought 90+ degree temperatures were fine to leave an elderly woman in for more than two full days.
When the technician decided to eventually come by, he informed her that a fan motor was out. The part was to be under warranty but not the labor. The labor was quoted as two guys for at least three hours. When someone finally showed up, it took one technician 30 minutes for which my mother (whom lives off her social security), was charged $785.00. Clearly abuse of the elderly is the nicest ethical violation here!
After this when we inquired further as to why the price was so high, we were told by everyone we spoke to that this was a "flat fee" and no one in the company could tell us what the breakdown on this fee might include. I would recommend this company because when it was pouring outside yesterday 9/24/13, I called 7 a/c companies because my air quit working and everyone of them said they couldn't come out in the rain and that I would have to wait unit it stops, thank goodness I called Affordable Group Inc. they came out and checked the unit and fixed the issue, If i had to wait until it stopped raining i would still be without air today because it hasn't stopped!! Thank you guys for a job well done.

I would recommend this company to everyone because they came out the same day i called and didn't charge me anything for a service call. They got my system up and running for a low cost. As far as the comment made by someone about the B.B.B. rating, well I found that you have to pay big money to get a good rating on there. want proof? read all about it and watch videos of this. The president of the B.B.B. claims this is false only to protect themselves, 3 people own a carpet cleaning business however 2 of those people are in prison for theft to customers and for other misconducts, well they are graded A with the B.B.B. STILL TO THIS DAY!! , How do I know this is true? I'm one of the victims!!! I and about 72 others reported them. There is no way on this planet can they have an A rating!!
