When my grandmothers heating unit started having problems in the middle of the winter she had me call Honest Joe's. She has used Honest Joes's for years and told me to call them. Originally they were all booked up until after the weekend, which would have been a problem for my grandmother. After I explained the situation, the woman I was speaking to said she could try to fit us into the schedule. Jeff arrived at her house an hour later, when they said he would. He checked the heating unit and found it had a bad motor. He told us it wasn't a part that was usually stocked and it would probably have to be ordered and installed next week. This wasn't great news but my grandmother didn't want to use any other company because of her excellent experiences with Honest Joe's. A couple hours later Jeff called and said he had located a motor in Phoenix and that he normally wouldn't install it on the weekend but said he knew she needed it. He came over the next morning and installed the motor and had the heater running like new. My grandmother is happy and I am so grateful to Jeff and Honest Joe's for helping us out. I can see why my grandmother always uses Honest Joe's when she has a heating or cooling problem. They were prompt, friendly, knowledgable, and most importantly fair and honest. She doesn't have to worry about a shady technician jacking up the price. Again, I am so grateful to Honest Joe's and I would recommend them to anyone who has heating or cooling problems. Thanks guys!!
