Since 1982, JourneyCare (formerly Hospice and Palliative Care of Northeastern Illinois) has provided pain and symptom management and end-of-life expertise to young and old facing serious or life-limiting illness. A community-based nonprofit agency, JourneyCare has served thousands of patients and families throughout McHenry, Lake, Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, Boone, Winnebago, DeKalb and Will counties in Illinois. JourneyCare is Medicare certified and accredited by the Joint Commission.
