We provide proactive IT Support Services from remote to full outsourcing. In addition, we provide Tier 1 Help Desk services and Desktop Refresh. We offer proactive IT Support Services focused on the 10-50 employees sized companies. We speciailize in IT infrastructure design, installation and maintenance. To enhance our support, we offer a business hours help desk to provide immediate access to technical support. In addition we offer Tier I, Tier 2, and Tier 3 Help Desk Outsourcing Services designed to augment a company's existing IT Staff. Our goal is to provide immediate remote end user support and to document all activities through a detailed ticketing system. As a part of this service, we offer full Desktop Refresh services to include configuration, purchasing and roll-out of desktop and laptops.
