a client of mine hired him to do some electric work before putting their house in the market. They never received a paid invoice, and text him a reminder - the next day he told them he still didn't get to it and now he's out of town for 3 days. Very detrimental to my client whose house is now on the market and potential buyers are asking for invoices of work that was done. Disappointed that this wasn't a priority for him.
