Went in a couple months ago to schedule an appointment for my mom who is nonverbal after her stroke a year ago and the owner was supposed to check her availability and get back with me but no one did. When I called back, the secretary said she had thought someone had gotten back to me but she checked with the owner and the owner said she did not have time, so she had me schedule an appointment for my mom with Katheryn. The first appointment Katheryn was behind with her client that was about 30 minutes late for my mom but she did do a good job. My mom wanted to reschedule for a 2nd appointment as she did love her hair, so fast forward to march 28, we went to my moms 10am appointment and Katheryn was not their, no secretary to ask so I asked another stylist and they didn't know where she was so I asked for the owner and she wasn't their either. I ended up finding Katheryns card and called her and got no answer, so we sat a little bit longer and asked for the owner and I did call Katheryn again, and she answered and said oh I didn't have her on the schedule till next week, but I can be there in 20 minutes. My mom wanted to wait so we did and she arrived in 40 minutes after our appointment time. She takes my mom back to start on her hair and the owner comes in and I did tell her what happened (and I fully understand stylist are independent contractor) but I did tell the owner that I was going to speak to her AFTER she was done with my mom's hair. Well the owner decided to go talk to her in the middle of doing my mom's hair, (which was not the best time) So I went to check on my mom who is waiting for her color the process for a good bit and she was giving signal raising her hands like what was taking so long looking at her wrist. So I turned to Katheryn and simply ask how much longer and she responds with an attitude her grays have to process. So I told my mom know and went and sat back down. Katheryn came over to me and said we beed to talk and takes me right next door and the first thing she says is I need to find my mom a new hairstylist. She tells me that I ran to the owner ( which I did when I could not reach her) and that She's an independent contractor, And when I let her know she was late to first appointment, and to this one she said oh I was just fitting your mother in to the first appointment ( but no one let me know my mom was a fit in as we had an appointment) but had we known we would of known what to expect, and we would not had accepted. She continued to be rude and unprofessional, and if my mom did not have chemicals in her hair, we would've left. Again, she does do good hair, but her time management is horrible and attitude is even worse especially being wrong (she had to bring up, " I am a good southern girl" which has nothing to do with her being wrong in the situation) when she tried to say, I hung up on her before she got there, But the icing on the cake is when the owner came in and told me that I was being too hard on her ( well, I hardly said anything, it was Katheryn talking when the owner wasn't even in there during our conversation, all she knew was her side. I was a paying customer we have a right to ask questions if we don't know what's going on and my mom could not advocate for herself. But this is your second time being late and then you have an attitude with a customer not OK. As a professional myself if I leave a client and I'm 40 minutes late unless there's a good excuse and their understanding I won't have them anymore but Katheryn did not seem to care. We will not be back and be careful who you book with.

Natalie cut my hair and its is by far the worst haircut I have ever had in my life!!!! DO NOT PAY MONEY TO GO TO THIS SALON......
