We offer Coaching and Counseling to Individuals, Couples, Families, Children, and Teens. We work from a Depth-Oriented Approach. We work collaboratively with our clients to move them toward Wholeness, Balance, Authentic Living, allowing them to tap into their Innate Potential and Live Fully within that Potential. Those who seek to work with us may struggle with depression, anxiety, unresolved anger, childhood trauma that is keeping them stuck, premarital concerns, relationship problems, job stress, mid-life transition issues, issues with food/eating/body image, ADD/ADHD, managing Bipolar and its effects on their relationships, intimacy, affair recovery, divorce recovery. We also work with those who are looking for guidance in life transitions and may want an unbiased "other" who can walk with them as they begin a Growth Process.
