IF YOU WANT ROACHES OR NOTHING FIXED IN YOUR MOBILE HOME THEN THIS IS THE PLACE TO MOVE TO...I can’t even rate this complex, the manager comes off as nice until you walk away, then she talks behind your back to other people. The entire complex has roaches and mice, and they will come spray once or twice then say YOU have to get rid of them yourself when it’s their job in the first place. They don’t fix anything that’s needed to be fixed, the ac went out and I was told the unit was most likely gonna have to be replaced but never replaced it nor got the part to attempt to fix it instead. It’s the worst place you could rent from for what they are charging for rent and utilities. Please don’t waste your time, if your absolutely desperate and that’s your last hope then I’d say sleep in your car or outside before ever going there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND renting from Jennifer or renting there period.
