The Doctor was great and paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met while there in the office, but the staff didn't make any extra effort, especially on post appointment issues. The office was very easy to locate. If I had to visit this office often, I would look for a new physician. Again, not because of the Doctor but because of her staff. The biggest issue was with her staff competently not falling through. This has been an issue for years.
