I worked with Mark Silakowski in 1987ish when he approached Black's Guide (a McGraw-Hill Co. at that time) where I was Circulation Manager under the name Jacqui Hendrick. We saved $20,000 in packaging costs each year thereafter and received a far superior product in which to ship our directories. Jiffy even designed a flexible folding mailer for our larger spiral-bound product. There was an article writtten subsequently (1988?) featuring this product with my picture in a packaging magazine. Would love to have a copy of it. Your company rocks. I suggest to get in touch with Netflix to redesign their packaging. Many disks I receive are broken. You came to mind yesterday when I received another broken disk!
