I own a rascal scooter and I have been trying to get it fixed for about six months now and I live in Virginia I have mean: every single medical equipment company and nobody even knows what I'm talking about let alone can they get the parts for it so finally someone tells me to call Mr. Wiltshire in Philadelphia and I called Mr. wheelchair in Philadelphiaand will and you know he has the part I need emails it out to me and walk me over the phone how to install it and my scooter is working perfect I am very satisfied with Mr. wheelchair thank you Mr. Matthew

They were very helpful over the phone and they will meet my problem over the phone to where I didn't have to pay someone to bring mixture into that so I am very appreciated for thatthank you Mr. Mike

I would recommend mr wheelchair I purchased my scooter and lift there and whenever I have any problems they always fix it right away
