Recently had Rick's came out to fix a broken water pipe under my mobile home, turned out it wasn't because of the freeze the previous night but a RAT bite. They found the problem right away and gave us a price of $325. Finished replacing about one ft of damaged pipe and were gone. My thought was the expense. $325 for less than one hour was concerning. After 2 phone calls to get clarification, I received NO follow up phone call to discuss this concern. They have been removed from my phone for any future work.
